- ABOUT THE SERVICE
QuotaBuild is an online builder calculator and Bill of Quantities software service for UK builders and building contractors. The service is operated by C. Morris, a civil engineer based in the UK. - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering for an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree you must not use the service. - ACCOUNTS
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your account credentials with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. - FREE TRIAL
New users may access the service free of charge for 7 days. The free trial includes a maximum of 3 PDF exports. After the trial period expires or exports are used, you must purchase a subscription to continue using the service. - SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All prices are shown in GBP and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. - CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you have been charged in error please contact support@quotabuild.com within 7 days. - ACCURACY OF CALCULATIONS
QuotaBuild is a tool to assist with estimating and pricing building work. All quantities, costs and BOQ outputs should be verified before use in any tender, contract or official capacity. Material quantities and costs are estimates only and actual requirements may vary. We do not accept liability for errors in calculations or for any loss arising from reliance on outputs generated by the service. - ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the software. You must not use the service in a way that could damage or impair its operation. - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All software, content and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to C. Morris. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent. - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. - CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. - GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. - CONTACT
